Melinda Tremaglio was born in Connecticut. In the sixties she joined the army, where she was discharged for being a “homosexual.” She served as President of Homestead Hospice and Shelter in West Hollywood, which created private homes for people with AIDS. She also hosted and produced the television show “Lifestyle Update” from 1985-1990. After moving to the desert, she hosted a radio show called “OutFront with Melinda” and has produced/directed many other television shows and events in the area. She has served as President of Palm Springs National Organization for Women since 2001.  Melinda is currently a small business owner of a flyer distribution company, exclusively to realtors. You can reach Melinda at melindat@dc.rr.com
